![]() by Cari Denhardt Summer is in full swing here at the Wings Programs! With summer comes all kinds of excitement on and off the ranch. Our group of minis have been moving and shaking all over town. Between birthday parties, their Friday cameos at Sapphire Lutheran Homes concerts, the Stock Farm cookout, Celtic festival and more - they’ve been busy to say the least! These minis love the attention, as much as the kids (and adults alike) love giving it. We'll be there all four days (Aug. 30 - Sept.) of the upcoming Ravalli County Fair - be sure to come say hi! ![]() In addition to all the excitement of events, summer also marks the arrival of the donkeys. Through our partnership, as a satellite adoption center with PVDR (Peaceful Valley Donkey Rescue) we've got a herd of donkeys with TONS of personality! Keep your lunch bags, loose bungees, and water bottles all out of reach - we’ve got some curious, loving (and sometimes a little naughty) donkeys that are sure to bring a smile to your face. They are all available for adoption to good homes and make great companion animals. All in all, we’re out here beating the heat, soaking up the rays and living the dream, together. We always welcome new volunteers to come hang out with the herd, help with the many chores of a busy ranch, participate in events, or put skills to use through the many online/fundraising initiatives we've got going on. We couldn't do what we do without you!
